Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client, a residential developer has a flagship scheme underway in South London, the refurbishment of an existing building into 110 units.

They're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join on a freelance basis with a particular emphasis on procurement.

Details of the role are as follows:

• Location: South London
• Scheme: Refurbishment of existing building into 110 units (Phase 1)
• Duration: 3-4 months initially
• Rate: 400- 450 per day (outside IR35)
• Start: As soon as possible
• Scope: Potential for further phases, with the option of temp-to-perm for the right person

This is a high-profile development, and the developer needs someone with strong procurement experience on refurbishment projects. 3-5 years of experience as a Senior QS is expected.
