  • Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for financial improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to aid decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external financial audits.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
