Set up production works orders across all moulding machines using defined documentation to meet schedules with a focus on quality, efficiency and a right-first-time approach. Physically hang and set mould tools across all machines safely and effectively. Monitor production quality and report any concerns promptly. Complete all required quality and shift handover documentation accurately. Assign tasks in priority order to setters, operatives and support staff, including workflow management through the packing team. Maintain a safe working environment and promote a strong safety culture. Drive process optimisation and efficient troubleshooting to improve production performance. Support team welfare, resolve conflicts and ensure clear communication across the shift. Skills & Experience Required Proven technical mould-setting qualification and experience. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex production issues. Good organisational and delegation abilities. Experience leading and motivating teams in a manufacturing environment.
