People & Culture Advisor

Location: Hertfordshire, UK

Full-time | Hybrid Working Available

Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and driving positive workplace culture? We're looking for a dynamic People & Culture Advisor to join a fast-paced, global organisation in the entertainment and experiential retail sector.

About the Role

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you'll provide generalist HR support across a diverse and creative business environment. This includes supporting employee relations, advising on policies and procedures, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the employee value proposition.

You'll work closely with management teams across multiple business units, including studio operations and visitor-facing retail experiences, helping to shape a culture of excellence, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Support case management and employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with managers to support day-to-day HR needs and strategic workforce planning.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification (desirable).
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases.
