Responsibilities

• Work as an SEN Teaching Assistant providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN and SEMH needs.
• Support learning in the classroom and help adapt activities to meet individual needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to follow support plans.

Requirements

• Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Confidence working with children with SEN and SEMH on a one-to-one basis.
• A caring, patient, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
