Head of Clinical Services

We are looking for a hard working talented Registered Nurse for a role as Head Of Clinical Services. Our client is regarded as the Ritz of private cosmetic surgery, who have enjoyed continued growth year on year. They work with well known and well respected Plastic Surgeons and Cosmetic Doctors.The RoleAs Head of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for leading, directing and motivating the clinical teams on multiple London sites:-You will implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of patient care and employee engagement.-Supervise individual site management.-Act as role model for management teams-Continually assess, review and improve patient services.-Ensure the highest standard of care delivery.-Manage and co-ordinate pre-post op theatre schedules and multi disciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and running of theatres.-Manage all regulatory requirements.-Communicate between nursing and medical staff to ensure high staff satisfaction.-Attend leadership meetings and be involved in the ongoing programme for clinical excellence.-First line responder to complaints handling within line with the companies protocol.-Keep update with current policy's and regulatory and update as required.This is a very exciting and attractive position with an excellent salary and excellent annual leave entitlement.
