These teams are made up of multi-disciplinary professionals mainly from building surveying, QS, mechanical and electrical engineering and FM backgrounds. Together they offer many services to our clients including equity investors, debt financiers, management companies, construction companies, developers and government organisations through the identification and management of technical and commercial risk associated with the development, management and funding of infrastructure and real estate projects. Put simply we lever the global technical world-class skills of the business allied with our commercial and contractual transaction acumen to provide professional services to clients that develop, manage, finance or invest in infrastructure and real estate assets. What we will be looking for you to demonstrate BSc, BTEC, HND/HNC qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar. MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIEE, MIET full professional registration or working towards. Mechanical and Electrical Surveying or Consultancy experience. PFI/PPP experience would be an advantage.
