About You We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with the following qualifications and experience: MRICS qualification (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in building surveying. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects for institutional clients, with a strong track record of delivering professional services. Strong technical expertise across building surveying disciplines, including dilapidations, condition surveys, project management, and asset management. Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships effectively. A proactive approach to business development, with a demonstrated ability to win new work and expand existing relationships. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders at all levels. A commercial mindset and the ability to manage budgets and financials for multiple projects. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.
