What You'll Bring: • Experience as VP of Engineering, CTO, or senior technical leader in a high-growth or Series A-stage company. • Proven ability to scale cross-functional teams: data engineering, data science, analytics, and development. • Hands-on experience delivering stable, scalable SaaS products with measurable customer impact. • Experience managing infrastructure partners and external technical relationships. • Confident and polite stakeholder management, able to challenge senior leaders while keeping delivery on track. • Track record of leading transformational growth, scaling teams and products successfully. • Excellent communication - bridging tech, product, and commercial discussions seamlessly. • Customer-first mindset - building products that retain and delight users.
