Agency Opportunity: CAMHS ADHD - Senior Mental Health Practitioner (Band 7) Location: Channel Islands Rate: £40.00 - £45.00 per hour - Outside IR35 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, full-time Start Date: ASAP - 4 weeks Contract Duration: 3-6 months ongoing Are you a skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner ready to make a difference in the lives of young people? We're supporting a CAMHS service in need of a Band 7 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join their ADHD pathway team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dynamic professional to deliver specialist assessment and interventions to children and adolescents with complex neurodevelopmental and mental health needs. What You'll Be Doing Delivering comprehensive assessments for young people with ADHD and associated mental health challenges. Providing therapeutic interventions and case management in both community and clinic-based settings. Managing crisis presentations and risk assessments with autonomy. Acting as a care co-ordinator, leading on care planning, reviews, and multi-agency liaison. Supporting families, schools, and professionals to implement holistic care strategies. Contributing to service audits, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements & Qualifications Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Allied Health Professional. Minimum Band 6-level CAMHS experience, including ADHD or neurodevelopmental work. Proven ability to work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team. Skilled in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, systemic therapy, EMDR). Confident in writing complex clinical reports and leading professional meetings. Full UK driving licence may be required depending on the trust's service area. Working Hours & Contract Duration Full-time: Monday to Friday (typically 9am-5pm).
