Demonstrable experience in a regulated or financial services environment. Strong minute-taking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of statutory obligations and corporate governance best practices. Excellent administrative and organisational abilities with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion. Competent in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal or board management software is a plus. Desirable Prior paralegal or in-house legal experience with a grounding in commercial or corporate law. Experience reviewing legal documents and managing legal correspondence.
