Job Role: Sous Chef Location: Linen Mill Studios, Banbridge, Northern Ireland Responsible to: Executive Head Chef Contract: 40 Hour Contract (variable hours across Monday to Sunday) Salary: £30k per annum Linen Mill Studios are looking for a Sous Chef to support the kitchen function in catering for an onsite café, restaurant seating up to 180 people and conferences and events. The Sous Chef will prepare and cook dishes to the recognised standard in line with our mission to serve food that is authentic, fresh and sustainable.
