Stay engaged with hands-on technical work while also leading the team. Essential Skills & Experience Degree or equivalent qualification, or significant relevant work experience in a similar role. Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, vendor management, enterprise application support (ERP/CRM), and a strong understanding of the student lifecycle. Experience working with ERP environments; knowledge of Thesis SM is advantageous. Previous experience in a management or supervisory capacity within an application delivery team. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated project and team management abilities. Key Result Areas Develop and execute the strategic plan for enterprise applications. Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of enterprise applications. Minimise downtime and end-user issues. Maintain effective relationships with application vendors and internal stakeholders.
