Motion Animator The team is looking for a Motion Animator to join the team on a contract basis . You'll join a cross-functional team working on a variety of lines of business, collaborating with some of the best content creators, business stakeholders, art directors, videographers and creative designers in the world. This person will be responsible for the delivery of animation and motion graphics projects, from storyboarding initial concepts to animation and execution of final deliverables. You'll have the perfect balance of creative and technical skills, meaning the latest technologies and innovations are deployed in service of the core story. Responsibilities ? Create best-in-class motion graphics and animation to promote stories across all a range of platforms. ? The exploration phase of projects is incredibly important, so this person will be required to take existing static designs and experiment with a variety of creative ways they could be brought to life via motion. ? Demonstrate the flexibility to work with a wide variety of design styles, creative aesthetics and artistic routes. ? Confidently present ideas and motion concepts to the motion team as well as wider team leads and stakeholders. ? Be a positive, solution-focused member of the team, with a passion for the new and exciting. ? You'll be equally comfortable at tackling challenging creative tasks as well as chipping in with more of the executional production tasks. Requirements ? 5+ years experience working within a creative team, advertising agency or in-house creative environment. ? Knowledge of visual storytelling through motion. ? Detail obsessed, with a strong design background and awareness of current trends in both design and motion. ? Expert experience in using After Effects, including plug-ins, effects and expressions and how/where to use them effectively across a range of motion deliverables. ? Demonstrable fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products including After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in Sketch. ? An excellent understanding of what makes compelling content across a variety of platforms. ? Intimate knowledge of software like Keynote and Final Cut Pro. ? Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with excellent collaborative skills. ?
