You will be responsible for providing advice and support to managers in employee relations, performance management, discipline and grievance and absence management. You will also be responsible for recruitment in your designated service areas and managing occupational health cases to conclusion. About you: Applicants should be CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum, with a willingness to work towards the level 7 qualification. You will also have recent and relevant HR advisory experience including up to date knowledge of employment law, as well as strong IT, communication, and customer service skills. Salary offered within the grade will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
