We are working with a progressive and ambitious business in Lincolnshire that is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Manager to join their finance team. This is a permanent role, reporting directly to the Financial Controller, and will suit someone who thrives in a varied position covering month-end, statutory accounts, treasury, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Leading the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Managing the general ledger, statutory accounts, and internal controls. Overseeing fixed asset capitalisation and implementing effective CapEx controls. Preparing corporation tax returns in collaboration with the group tax team. Taking responsibility for treasury, including cash reconciliations and cashflow management. Partnering with business units on central costs, driving efficiency and supporting decision-making. Acting as a key point of contact for auditors and contributing to special projects. Deputising for the Financial Controller when required. What Are They Looking For? A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in accounting and reporting. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, statutory accounts, and regulatory compliance. Excellent Excel skills, with experience using ERP systems, are an advantage. Confident communicator, able to liaise with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
