We're looking for a Regulation and Compliance Manager who can go beyond ticking boxes - someone who thrives on making sure compliance is not just followed, but embraced as part of how we do business. In this role, you'll: Be our compliance champion - keeping us ahead of legislative changes and making sure we always meet (and exceed) regulatory standards. Take control of risk - creating smart systems that identify and manage risks before they become issues, with a proportionate, risk-based approach. Own continuous improvement - from risk assessments and audits to compliance reports and strategy, you'll keep raising the bar. Drive TPI compliance - leading on Third Party Intermediary governance, working hands-on with finance, procurement and the Commercial Director to make sure everything runs with integrity. Keep governance strong - making sure all our company-wide policies are up-to-date, relevant and fully embedded across the business. Support the board - coordinating policy reviews, risk updates and compliance reporting to keep decision-makers informed and confident. Join us and lead the way in compliance excellence. About you We're looking for someone who knows how to make compliance work in a real-world business setting. You'll have experience building and delivering compliance frameworks or regulatory strategies, and you'll be confident in managing risk through practical, proportionate controls. You'll be comfortable working with senior teams, shaping governance priorities and making complex regulations clear and actionable. Strong analytical skills are key, but just as important are your communication and influencing skills - you'll be able to explain what's needed in a straightforward way, inspire others to take compliance seriously, and help steer both our business and the wider market in the right direction.
