THE POSITION They are looking to bring in an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of their own projects and provide full pre- and post-contract commercial services. The successful candidate will work with blue-chip clients across a diverse portfolio including Residential, Commercial, Leisure, and Mixed-Use projects, ranging in value from £1m to £100m. You will be supported by a knowledgeable team and provided with a structured pathway to Senior and Associate level roles as the business continues to grow. THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will: Hold a relevant Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent Have experience working within a consultancy or client-side environment Have strong experience delivering projects across the property/building sectors Be confident in handling projects from inception to completion Possess strong communication and client-facing skills Ideally be working toward APC or already chartered (MRICS) WHY APPLY?
