Be able to produce deal summaries, create/deliver quality presentations and reports on a regular basis at Director-level, demonstrating an ability to clearly communicate financial and non-financial benefits to stakeholders. Provide strategic commercial input to a broad range of initiatives, including company-wide cost-saving programmes. Understand the external factors and key challenges faced in the Media industry and use this knowledge to drive innovation and challenge current business processes. Security Risk Analyst 6-month contract London/Remote Inside IR35 My Customer is looking for a Security Risk Analyst to join their Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. You will play a key role in strengthening their risk management processes, working primarily with Archer and other GRC tools to support risk assessment, compliance, and governance activities. Working as the CBM Engineer / Condition Based Monitoring Engineer / Vibration Analyst you will perform vibration analysis and condition monitoring on critical rotating machinery, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve asset reliability. As the CBM Engineer / Condition Based Monitoring Engineer / Vibration Analyst your role blends field-based data collection with office-based analysis and reporting, supporting multiple client sites across the UK and occasionally abroad. As a successful candidate you will join a global leading company whose mission is to help businesses maximise asset performance, minimise downtime, and achieve operational excellence. DUTIES Your duties as a CBM Engineer / Condition Based Monitoring Engineer / Vibration Analyst include: Perform vibration analysis in line with CAT II / VA2 standards on rotating machinery and critical assets Collect, analyse, and interpret condition monitoring data including vibration, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis (as applicable) Diagnose equipment faults, identify failure modes, and provide actionable recommendations to improve asset health Produce detailed technical reports and communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner Support root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement projects Work closely with clients to develop and deliver condition monitoring programmes tailored to their operational needs Assist in building digital asset health records to feed into the company's wider Reliability and Integrity solutions Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all work activities Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the company's Integrity team CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL CAT II / VA2 certification with previous experience as a Condition Based Monitoring Engineer / Vibration Analyst experience (May consider candidates with CAT1 certification with extensive vibration analysis experience) Strong vibration analytical ability and proven report writing skills (rotating equipment (pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, turbines, etc.) Proven ability to diagnose common fault conditions such as imbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, and resonance issues Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations Strong health, safety, and quality awareness Full UK driver's licence Strong customer service and client-facing skills Willingness to travel to client sites (25% UK and international) DESIRABLE Security Clearance (SC) Exposure to complementary CBM techniques (thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis) Knowledge of Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), FMEA, or broader reliability engineering practices Familiarity with digital condition monitoring platforms and remote monitoring tools Experience working in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, polymer, or petrochemical industries WHAT'S ON OFFER: Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work on high-profile projects across multiple industries.
