The Package: Circa 55,000 per annum inclusive of shift allowance. Continental 24-7 shift pattern of days/nights, one week working 60 hrs(5 12 hour shifts, 2 days break in between), the next week only working only 24 hours(2 12 hour shifts) on rotation. Overall Purpose: To provide electrical support to ensure that the manufacturing process, facilities and services are managed and maintained to a high standard. Key Duties: Perform routine and preventive maintenance of production equipment to ensure a reliable manufacturing process. Perform calibration validition and corrections on equipment such as load cells and temperature controllers. Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery and supporting equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, including but not limited to permits to work, pre-work risk assessment and method statements, LOTO, ATEX. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and apprentices. Provide engineering support to the production process when required in order to improve machine output and rectify processing issues.
