The purpose of this role is to take ownership of the success and smooth operation of our Night Teams, including both Dedicated Services and Logistics . This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and manage teams effectively , while also being hands-on and actively involved in the day-to-day operations . The ideal candidate will lead by example, balancing operational leadership with direct participation in team activities.
