The Role: Full-time SEN Primary Teacher Deliver engaging, adapted lessons tailored to each child s EHCP Foster emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Collaborate closely with therapists, support staff, and parents Who We re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential (Strong unqualified teachers with a solid background in SEND will also be considered) Proven experience or a genuine passion for working with Autistic learners and SEMH Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and inclusive pedagogy Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach Experience with Makaton, PECs and delivering Phonics.
