The Role: Organise maintenance 'jobs' involving all aspects of planning from start to finish: making sure parts and equipment are available to the engineers, planning the jobs in from the customers, scheduling timescales, workforce planning. Organise and prioritise the incoming requests for quotes and proposals. Liaise with customers and potential customers when required. Manage the maintenance plan and slot allocation. Liaise with the Finance Executive for Quoting and budgetary requirements with involvement in raising quotes and estimates for customers.
