Your role would consist of carrying out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, planned and call out maintenance and repairs. You will need previous background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar, and be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and18th edition. Duties: To undertake routine PPM tasks in accordance to recognised standards To undertake reactive repairs as required. To undertake Electrical Installation work as required. To direct Sub-contractors where required To attend training to assist with contract requirements To co-operate with other MITIE disciplines for the provision of multi-discipline services where required Support weekly meeting room setups as required On occassion, be available to carry out necessary emergency works outside normal hours Ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recordedon to the CAFM system. To undertake tasks as instructed by on site FM To support Mitie team as required. Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests. Undertake regular inspections. Requirements: Industry recognised Trade Qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC etc) BSth edition qualification Previous experience in the manufacturing sector (Desirable but not essential) IT literate IPAF 3A & 3B (essential) Basic mechanical knowledge (Desirable but not essential) Benefits: 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays.
