Competently use a smart phone and tablet device to accurately record progress and completion of jobs, timesheets, and material use. Procure job related materials through our main partnering suppliers in accordance with our policies Maintain a comprehensive van stock of materials, completing works in the most cost-effective manner. Requirements: Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
