Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Senior Children Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours/week Pay: Up to £25.00 per hour (umbrella) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Social Worker to join our team supporting children and families in North Lincolnshire. This full-time role offers some hybrid working flexibility, but you must be able to travel daily to North Lincolnshire based on case and duty needs. Key Responsibilities: Work with children in need, child protection cases, and court proceedings ? Manage complex caseloads effectively and efficiently Safeguard vulnerable children and promote their welfare Travel regularly within North Lincolnshire to meet case requirements Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support Ensure accurate, timely documentation and assessments What We're Looking For: Qualified Social Worker with relevant recent experience Strong background in child protection, children in need, and court work Ability to manage complex cases with professionalism and care Flexibility to travel and work both remotely and on-site as needed What happens now?
