Key Responsibilities: Execute processes in support of the IT infrastructure and resources required to deliver and support IT services. Prepare for new or changed services, managing the change process and maintaining regulatory standards. Manage and support infrastructure applications and related data repositories on a daily basis. Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of application services, ensuring availability and capacity meet business demand. Apply information security procedures to maintain compliance across infrastructure applications. Manage system and service performance concerning business performance and financial sustainability.
