Ensure Insurance company requirements are complied with including Written Scheme and be main point of contact for H&S related compliance. Liaise with Managers in Operations and Head office functional areas to ensure their compliance with H&S requirements Assist staff in all areas with regular review of Safe Working Practices Support the delivery of safety related capital projects as required. Person specification and experience: Commercially aware of Manufacturing background FMCG or similar Experience in the food manufacturing industry, or demonstrable experience of managing similar risks (e.g. PUWER, DSEAR, COSHH, Manual Handling etc.) NEBOSH Diploma, preferably with membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. IOSH/IEMA). Ideally chartered status or working towards. 5 years + in a safety management role or role which carried responsibility for SHE at a senior level.
