Leadership skills are essential as you will lead delivery of key performance areas for the service and line manage therapists, supporting their development and working as part of a leadership team who work closely to deliver an ethical and innovative service. You will actively contribute to improvement and innovation through your work and will champion best practice. You will ensure that robust processes and systems are in place to deliver an efficient service. You will collect and analyse performance data to identify trends and work alongside the leadership team to deliver action. You will line manage therapists. You will be a great communicator who listens and supports colleagues whilst having the conviction to deliver change and improvement. In this hands-on role, you'll welcome and serve guests, support with set-up and clear-down, and work with colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly.
