TEKsystems are partnering with a highly successful, market leading media company in their search for a Senior Technical SEO Specialist. They are looking for someone that is very hands on and comes from a strong technical background with experience including some of the following: Core Web Vitals, Regex, Javascript SEO, experience with crawling and crawl budgets and someone that has worked on large websites previously.

The organisation are very much invested in improving and developing their SEO and are using machine learning techniques to help keep up to speed and further develop. They are looking for someone who is highly analytical and capable of using new ideas to drive improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with developers to ensure all new code is SEO friendly
• Identify areas of improvement for page speed, core web vitals and mobile friendliness
• Analyse competitors and opportunities for growth
• Define KPIs and success metrics around tech SEO efforts and ongoing performance
• Coach two mid level developers around best practices

The organisation have operated fully remotely for a number of years with very occasional travel to office for quarterly meetings etc
