The Client
The client is a start up who has experienced significant growth during covid. They have brought on multiple new clients as well as adding to their growing team. The business is currently 40 people big with the aim to reach 100 by the end of 2021 - and they have the money to support that having just received over £1 million in venture capital!
This is an excellent time to join the business and put yourself in a position to reach management level and grow out your own team in less than two years.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with the Sales team in order to drum up new business, predominantly with Recruitment agencies - and considering there are 30,000 agencies in the UK alone, there is an almost infinite business development catchment! You will be the initial point of contact with all new business and open up relationships with some of the best firms out there - they already have several FTSE 250 Recruitment companies as clients!
Success in the role will enable you to progress up the ladder quickly - realistically, ambitious individuals in this role can be promoted within 18 months - and that is backed up by a great commission structure as well as increases in your basic wage with promotions.
Who you are
Hungry, success-driven and target orientated recruiter who ideally has experience in technology recruitment (preferred not essential).
1-4 years recruitment experience required.
As you're selling to recruiters' personality is a must! You must be able to handle reservations and get the best out of your clients/potential clients.
