Associate Compliance Partner, Leicester, £18510 plus £2000 Bonus

Your new role
As an Associate Compliance Partner you will be working alongside the Hays recruitment team which manages the recruitment process for our clients. You will work with multiple systems ensuring compliance and onboarding for successful hires.

This role is varied, fast paced and contains many aspects of administration, recruitment, communication and co-ordination. You will take overall accountability for ensuring that all compliance for candidates is managed in a timely manner according to specific client SLAs. For all other candidates, you will be responsible for ensuring that the correct information is inputted onto PDC to initiate referencing. You will be responsible for running tracking reports and chasing any gaps where appropriate.

In this role you will complete referencing as per contract requirements and any credit checks and CRB. You will need to be able to build and maintain relationships because you will provide confirmation to Sourcing/Vendor Partners for candidate to start. Be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all candidates to optimize the candidate experience and Hays reputation. As well as be responsible for ensuring that all parties are kept up to date throughout the compliance process and ensuring that all incomplete files are appropriately managed through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Associate Compliance Partner will be a hard worker, eager to learn and ready to make a difference. Whether you are a recent graduate or have worked in administration/compliance before we are more than happy to discuss this role with you. As an Associate Compliance Partner will need to have a good education level with literacy and numeracy grades/equivalent business experience is essential. You must have good professional communication skills ie written and verbal. You will be able to accurately enter data and have a good level of IT skills. You will have the ability to follow processes, meet SLAs, deadlines and have the ability to work in a pressurised environment. You should have experience of chasing information in a proficient professional manner. Experience of working in a service environment desirable and you should have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
