The Role

Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Marketing Propositions, this position will be responsible for the delivery (execution and measurement) of the marketing and lead generation programmes which are aligned to the annual marketing plan. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of campaign analytics and be able to advise on appropriate courses of action to improve campaign performance. Additionally, the candidate will have solid skills to produce written and multimedia content and manage pay-per-click and programmatic advertising. As such having a familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial.

The Marketing Executive role will play an integral part in delivering our strategic goals by developing and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote services. The role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial, lead generation and administrative responsibilities. Executives are expected as well to work closely and develop relationships with other employees in areas such as solutions, market research, sales and delivery, while maintaining relationships with 3rd party partners to help achieve positive outcomes of the annual marketing plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Head of Marketing with planning of marketing campaigns

Managing execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, paid and organic channels

Monitoring and maintaining relationships with relevant industry organisations

Managing all aspects of event execution

Supporting the Head of Marketing with business development specific marketing request

Conducting administrative support for Workplace Solutions team (eg PO raising, invoicing, etc)

Manage and update the marketing promotions calendar

Regularly monitor competitor activity.

Negotiate quotes with marketing suppliers and manage suppliers providing design, print, mailing, telemarketing etc.

Ensure all marketing activities and results are tracked and measured. Analytically test new marketing approaches and apply findings to improve the results of future promotions.

Review systems and processes and suggest new ideas/ways to improve

Managing prospects list across verticals and industry sectors

Work closely with the sales team, reviewing and advising on lead generation opportunities

Generate new leads via outbound calls and emails

To act as an ambassador for the business and promote its services

Pre-qualify leads to streamline the sales process

Experience/Qualifications

Degree level education

CIM marketing qualification

Over 2 years B2B marketing experience
