Loading Bay Operative

This is a great opportunity to join our team at Dunbia working within food production. Candidates need to be physically fit, enthusiastic and flexible to work within an established team in our fast paced and dynamic environment.

Training will be provided to ensure you are fully up to date with all the current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

In the loading bay you will receive a base rate of £10.00 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £10.62 p/h. One of your 30 minute breaks will also be paid each day.

We are looking for operatives to join our existing team Mon - Fri 6am-2.30pm

*The Role*

· Unloading lorries and weighing product in;

· Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure;

· Break down sides of beef;

· Work in a chilled environment;

· Work as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements

· Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.

· Possess good communication skills;

· Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service;
