We are looking for a current Lettings Negotiator or somebody with personality and sales experience to join a truly unique Estate Agency where they can learn, develop and excel.
The company offering this great opportunity as a Letting Negotiator is a very successful and reputable independent agency based in one of South London's most prominent markets. They have very unique approach to their operating that will be refreshing for anybody who is stuck in the commercial agency sector and would welcome a change of pace with an increase in appreciation and independence.
They own and manager nearly all their stock so no chasing your tail with 10 agencies fighting to let properties, its all for you so the commissions are guaranteed!!
The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally have lettings experience or sales experience, the key here is personality, enthusiasm, and a desire to make money.
Package for Lettings Negotiator:
*Up to £20k Basic
*£45k OTE first year
*Company car
*Every other Saturday but some flexibility
