Westray Recruitment Consultants are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturer of ice cream and patisserie products, who are looking to recruit a Food Production Operative to join their team in Blaydon. THE ROLE

• Successful candidates will be working in the bakery/patisserie section
• Working in a very warm environment
• The role can be very dexterous
• Performing quality checks on the production line
• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
• You maybe requested to pot washing and assisting with cleaning of your area

THE EXPERIENCE

• To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a bakery would be advantageous but not essential
• Suitable candidates will have an excellent attitude to work
• Candidates must be flexible to work overtime when required

THE CONTRACT

This is a temporary ongoing contract, working back shift 11am - 9pm Monday to Thursday

THE SALARY

The salary for the position is £8.91 per hour.
