Machine/Process Operative

£10p/hr-£10.77p/hr DOE, Rotating Days & Afters, Mon to Fri, Temp to Perm

Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Machine Operative/Sitters to work in the Production department of a busy Manufacturing company based in Bingley on the Rotating Days/Afters shift.

The role will involve working in the Machine Shop, including the Operation of the Process Machinery and Loading and Unloading of the Machines. Once fully trained you will become capable of Operating several machines and work within a small, multi-skilled team. Day to day duties within the role will include:

-Loading Machines for use using C/B FLTs or by hand

-Setting up the Process Machines

-Machine Operation and Sitting

-Fixing any problems during the Machining process

-Moving stock around the Warehouse

Key skills needed for this role include:

-Previous Machine Operation/Sitting experience would be beneficial

-You must be Mechanically or Process minded

-C/B FLT License is advantageous

-Good eye for detail and quality

-Possess good communication skills

You will be required to work rotating 6am to 2.15pm and 2pm to 10.15pm shifts from Mon to Fri. The Pay Rate for the role is from £10p/hr to £10.77p/hr DOE and FLT License. There will be an additional 17.5% shift allowance when on the Afters shift. The role is advertised Temp to Perm.
