OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Years PQE.
• You will have a proven track record of advising on all aspects of residential property transactions and be looking for a high-quality caseload where you can see your career flourish.
• The residential conveyancing team has a wealth of expertise which covers the broad remit of residential conveyancing including help to buy, re-mortgages, sales and purchases, transfer of equity and new build matters.
• You will be looking for a friendly and supportive practice which offers a professional working environment and a high-quality caseload.
• Handling the whole conveyancing process from start to finish, you will be well positioned to advise on all types of residential transaction although support and training is available for those who need to progress.
• You will be joining a firm who has a proactive approach and is keen to support employees with their career aspirations.
