JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Supervisor
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 8+PQE
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: up to £75,000 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
The appointed Clinical Negligence Supervisor will be tasked with implementing effective and efficient methods of supervision across their area while also ensuring that they deliver the best client care. This role would suit a senior lawyer with experience of litigating clinical negligence claims of the highest value, in particular catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries. The successful Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be working with a team taking proactive steps to ensure that cases are conducted in line with the firm's vision.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have upwards of 8 years' experience handling their own caseload of multi-track clinical negligence matters. The ideal Candidate for this role will need to have previous supervisory experience. Applicants hoping to be considered for this role must have an excellent understanding of the statutes along with common law legal practices and procedures. Having an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise what is important is essential.
