Production Operative

We re recruiting Production Operative We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives, Immediate starts are available. This role will be based in the Chilled department. As a Müller team member, you will be working in a fast-paced and rewarding production environment, with various shift patterns available. No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative as full training will be provided. Production Operative Duties: Working in a chilled environment on a production line, packing goods and preparing for despatch. Manual packing of milk & cream in a chilled environment Picking and loading of milk & cream for Depots and straight to Supermarket Depots Cleaning and maintaining housekeeping Unloading & cleaning of trolleys & trailers Stock rotation & control of waste Key skills & experience Problem identification and communication in a timely manner. Looking for ways to continually improve your work area. An effective team member who works well on their own initiative. Prioritisation of daily tasks. A proven mechanical aptitude. Previous machine experience from within an FMCG environment is desirable. Teamwork & Collaboration. Capability & Accountability. A flexible approach; able to adapt to changing daily production plans.
