We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Progressor to manage a small team of Sales Progressors. You'll be responsible for managing the daily progression of individual transactions for new build shared ownership and Market sale, Asset Sales including resale shared ownership and Rent to HomeBuy (RTHB) transactions through to exchange of contracts and completion.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience for purchasers, vendors and our current homeowners, you will contact customers, solicitors, conveyancers, estate agents, surveyors and financial organisations such as broker or financial advisors to look at ways the transaction can move forward achieving exchange of contracts within KPI.
We'd love to meet someone with the experience below:
Experience of managing a team, or has experience of managing individuals.
Leading a team or individuals to achieve targets and KPIs
Well developed; verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate excellent collaborative skills when working with colleagues and stakeholders.
Experience within a customer focused environment
Experience and understanding of the new build / residential conveyance process
The ideal candidate would be from a sales progression, conveyancing or property law background.
