Front End Developer

Front End Developer - up to £55k per annum - Woking

The roleI am looking for a Front End Developer to work for an expanding company based in Woking. My client is willing to look at fresh graduates or developers with a year or two's experience. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic to join the ranks and grow with the company. Responsibilities You will assist in the development of the IRIS software Regularly dealing with other departments to gather detailed requirements and developing technical scope documentation before instructing development work. Ensure a high standard of documentation on business-critical code. Assist with identifying system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions Assist with the definition of clear acceptance criteria and conduct user acceptance criteria to ensure the program application can be used easily and accurately. Produce documentation and ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports. Ensure that communication to the business is professional, clear and appropriate. Build and maintain working relationships with key business users.The right person will have

• VueJS experience (Must - but can discuss other frameworks)
• Vanilla JS, HTML and CSS experience (critical)
• REST/GraphQL experience (required/desired)
• Understanding of Micro Services architecture (desired)
• Experience working with source control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to analyse existing systems for enhancement
• Strategic thinker
• Proven experience of problem solving & enjoy new challenges
• Able to demonstrate confidence in own ideas
• Excellent communication skills

The role is office based and the salary range for the position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
