Our UK-wide building team has built a reputation for high quality offices in Commercial and Mixed-used developments, Healthcare, Custodial, Defence, and Education. Our award-winning projects include 52 Lime Street, 30 St Mary Axe, Bristol Schools, St Bartholomew and the Royal London Hospitals to name a few.

To build on our success we are looking to recruit a BIM Coordinator to manage the implementation and delivery of Building Information Modelling within our London Building Division.

The role will be responsible for delivering both project requirements and the business digital strategy. Champion the cultural and process changes that are essential to adoption of BIM technologies and new ways of working.

Your will:
  • Implement the project specific standards set by the BIM manager and work with the BIM manager to set-up the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Carry out model validation checks, coordination reviews and liaise with third party model managers for resolutions Carry out model validation checks, coordination reviews and liaise with third party model managers for resolutions
  • Support the deployment of field data management system, review validity of information collected against information deliverables.
  • Facilitate delivery of federated 3D model, hosted and linked BIM data.
  • Ensure that data exchange protocols are adhered to by the project team and liaise with design team manager on compliance issues to ensure compliance to the project BIM execution Plan.
  • Utilise Virtual Reality environment tools and train the wider project team

We're looking for:
  • Demonstrable experience as a BIM Coordinator
  • Experience and knowledge in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri software platforms
  • Educated to HNC level or equivalent
  • Understands/ manages internal customer relationships/ partnership
  • Have a good working knowledge of industry standards such as ISO19650
  • Previous practical experience of 3D modeling, embedded data, collaboration and coordination software.
