Job Description
A school based in Islington is looking for an special needs teaching assistant to work with them on a part-time basis. There is flexibility around working times and the number of days you work.
The options for shift times are:
- 8:30 - 4
- 9:30 - 1:30 or 2:30
- 11:30 - 3:00
The school is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and the team are passionate about the work they do and very supportive to all people who join their team.
The school caters for children with special needs such as asd, MLD and complex needs. The Teaching Assistant would be required to support pupils in small groups as well as 1:1, therefore having previous experience with working with children or adults with additional needs is beneficial.
If you are available before the start date and have a valid DBS on the update service you will have the opportunity to start before the listed start date.
