Are you a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor seeking the next step in your career?

Also you will have the potential to move up even further within the commercial team and potentially head up your own team later down the line.
Responsibilities:
This role is commercially focused and is looking for someone who is used to a fast paced environment.
- You will be tasked with managing contractors post contract ensuring the day to day running of the builds are correct.
- You will be ensuring contractors costs, compensation, and payments are in line.
- Overall you could be managing upwards of 20 projects at a time with a total portfolio of near £30 million.
Skills/Must have:
- You will need have had experience using CEMAR.
- It would be beneficial for you to have a good knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
- Ideally you would be coming from a fast paced industry such as civils, fibre or construction.
- HND or BSC in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
You could earn up to £55,000 with huge opportuntites to progress within your first 18 months as well as an 8% pension, healthcare cover and hybrid working scheme
