You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience and drive traffic to our website. Duties Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and increase online visibility Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter Create compelling copy for a range of channels including newsletters and website Manage social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages and monitoring analytics. Collaborate with the recruitment team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns Stay current with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing Engage with followers and build relationships with influencers and industry professionals Manage social medial advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversations Experience required Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Proven work experience as Social Media Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience of graphic design or video editing tools highly advantageous with a background of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Hootsuite, Canva etc If you are a creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing, we look forward to hearing from you.
