Job description We are looking for methodical and dedicated a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Didcot. You will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Department in ensuring service level targets are achieved. Location: Didcot Hours: 35 hours, Monday - Friday Primary duties for Customer Service Advisor: Preparing and processing orders received from customers High volume data processing with accuracy and attention to detail being key Respond to telephone and written requests from customers and clients, to agreed service levels.
