The ideal candidate will have: Education to master s degree or with equivalent management experience across a number of service areas; Relevant postgraduate management qualification; Substantial in depth knowledge and experience of Health and Social Care; Significant senior operational management experience in mental health sector clinical environment; Experience of managing organisational and cultural change and new ways of working; Experience of managing large complex budgets.
