The Team Norton Rose Fulbright's IP, IT and Data team in London comprises specialists who practice the full range of work in the areas of IP, IT and Data Protection. The practice spans GDPR compliance, major IT procurement and outsourcing projects, IP transactions, trade mark portfolio management and disputes work spanning from defamation through to complex multi-jurisdictional patent litigation. An opportunity has arisen for an Associate to work on the non-contentious side of the IP practice within the London Corporate department on a 6 month FTC. Skills and Experience Required The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience: Experience of drafting and negotiating agreements relating to a broad range of IT and technology transactions, including in relation to outsourcing, cloud, software, infrastructure, fintech, DLT and other forms of technology agreements.
