What You'll Be DoingAs a senior member of the team, you'll work closely with Directors and clients, providing high-level tax planning and advisory services. You'll be involved in complex restructuring, business planning, and technical tax matters, helping owner-managed businesses navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services across a diverse client baseLead involvement in company restructuring and commercial decision-makingProvide expert guidance on income tax, CGT, trusts, estates, and ideally stamp dutyPrepare company accounts with a tax advisory perspectiveManage HMRC enquiries and negotiations with confidence and clarityTranslate complex legislation into practical, actionable adviceWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone with a sharp technical mind and strong commercial instincts-someone who sees beyond the numbers and understands the broader business landscape.
